ELMIRA, N.Y. (WENY) -- The Guthrie MOM Mobile Unit is coming to Elmira on Wednesday, April 2nd in a bid to bring quality maternity care to those who need it the most. According to Guthrie officials, work is currently being done to try to make the visit a monthly occurrence. 

It's happening at the Southside Community Center at 215 Partridge St. In Elmira at the Southside Community Center from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. It's free to be seen but appointments can be made by calling 1-866-488-4743 but walk-ins are also welcome. If you have insurance please bring proof of insurance. 

The MOM Mobility Unit is designed to provide mobile pre-natal care, post partum guidance, limited gynecological services, STD test and more.
