Chemung County Library District Locations closed Monday
CHEMUNG COUNTY, N.Y. (WENY) -- The Chemung County Library District will be closed on Monday, March 31st.
The CCLD says it will be closed for staff training. CCLD locations will open at normal time on Tuesday, except for the Horseheads Library. That location will be closed because of a scheduled water shut-off in the Village of Horseheads.
