ELMIRA, NY (WENY) -- Elmira Downtown Development's annual 'Taste of Downtown' returns for 2025 on April 2nd.

The annual culinary event showcases small bites and beverage samples from restaurants and eateries in and around the Elmira area. This year's event has a 90's theme, in recognition of Elmira Downtown Development's 35th year. In addition to food and drink, there will be a DJ, raffles and silent auction, and 360 camera. 

The event serves as a fundraiser for the Elmira Street Painting Festival, which is set for June 8th and 9th. 

Taste of Downtown will run from 5:30PM to 7PM, at Empire Sports at 304 North Main Street in Elmira.
