OWEGO, N.Y. (WENY) -- The Tioga County, New York, Board of Elections announced its first ever "I Voted" sticker design contest Monday.

Interested Tioga County residents between the ages of 5 and 18 are allowed to participate. Participants will design a unique image for a 2-inch sticker. The phrase "I Voted" must be included in the design.

The custom stickers will be given to Tioga County voters during the Nov. 4 general election.

The Tioga County Board of Election Commissioners will pick the top three designs in three different age groups: 5 to 9, 10 to 13 and 14 to 18. The best designs will be presented to the Tioga County Legislature who will select a winner from each group during their July 15 meeting.
