Veterans and soldiers began their Sunday with a free, warm meal.

The American Legion Post 285 in Waterford held their third annual pancake breakfast.

Soldiers and veterans from the Soldiers and Sailors home and local men and women who serve or have served could enjoy the meal for free.


Organizers hoped this event would bring those who serve and who have served together for a community meal.

 All the money raised goes to help veterans in the Erie community.
