Fairly average conditions

Temperatures remain slightly above average, but warmth in the region will be limited thanks to rain showers throughout the middle of the day. Highs settle in the low 50s as rain falls sporadically late this morning. Showers become more widespread later in the day.
Cooler weather comes around tomorrow with highs struggling to reach averages in the mid to upper 40s. The colder conditions open up the door for a wintry mix late Sunday night, but snow accumulations are not expected as lows stay above freezing Sunday night.
A warmer than average Monday with highs in the mid 50s will also likely have widespread rain showers throughout much of the day. Temperatures remain in the 40s for much of the week, despite decent amounts of sunshine. A return to 50+ territory is likely Friday, but added moisture could spawn a few light showers.
