SCHUYLER, N.Y. (WENY) -- The Schuyler County District Attorney's Office announced on Friday, March 21 that a 51-year-old Schuyler County man has pleaded guilty to multiple charges connected to soliciting a 15 year old for sex and more. According to the DA's office, John Swaney of Alpine, has pleaded guilty to criminal solicitation, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child. 

The DA's Office says the victim in the case made an audio recording were Swaney can be heard admitting he touched the victim without permission, along with his attempts to convince the victim to have sex with him. Swaney is set to be sentenced on May 22nd.
