Rev. Ira Foushee said he is living at the Lighthouse Inn in Lawrence Park and is not only without power but has been without heat since December.

That is not the only problem, he also has a blown electrical outlet.

Foushee also explained that he has has health complications and cannot keep living the way he is right now.
