New Ithaca apartment complex gets state grant to finish construction
ITHACA, N.Y. (WENY) -- A new apartment complex being built in Ithaca has received over $7 million in funding from New York State.
The grant money is part of an over $270 million funding boost to build and preserve 28 affordable housing developments across the state.
