Warmer weather on the way

A brief spell of quiet weather is in-store for the Twin Tiers as extended periods of sun and clouds are expected over the next few days. Highs sit close to average on Saturday, but low temperatures look to stay on the warmer side as cloudy skies move in.
High 30s remain for Sunday and lows once again go beyond averages. Partly sunny skies in the morning give way to more overcast conditions, and lows reside in the mid 20s. Change is in store for next week as temperatures leap into the mid 40s, and showers are expected late Monday and on Tuesday.
Late Wednesday sees a higher likelihood of snow showers as conditions cool off slightly. The warmth is short-lived as temperatures revert to average by Friday, but not before a chance of wintry mix on Thursday.
