Another windy day ahead
A cold front will bring snow showers to the region this morning with up to 1" of accumulation possible. Snow showers and perhaps a few snow squalls will reduce visibility and could result in some slick spots for the morning commute. Daytime temperatures will continue to drop and end up in the teens and lower 20s. Low pressure will pass by Tuesday night into Wednesday with the chance for snow showers to start and eventually becoming a mix of rain and snow showers as temperatures rise to 40 Wednesday. Lows will be in the teens on Wednesday night. Drier weather settles in Thursday with partly sunny skies. Highs will be in the mid 30s. However, another system will bring more rain and snow showers to the area on Friday with temperatures expected back in the 40s. Colder air settles in on Saturday with highs in the low to mid 20s under partly sunny skies. We cannot rule out a lingering snow shower, but most will be dry. The 30s and 40s comeback on Sunday and Monday. Both days, we can expect the chance for showers.
