Home destroyed in overnight fire in Steuben County
ERWIN, N.Y. (WENY) -- A fire completely destroyed a home in the Town of Erwin in Steuben County on Thursday, Jan. 23rd. It happened in the early morning hours, with multiple fire crews called to the scene.
The house is located near the Morning Star Trail, and crews were on hand for hours putting out the flames. The home is located near dense woods, and is not far from Corning Community College.
No word yet on if anyone was injured, or how the fire might have started.
