New Year's Eve Forecast

Partly sunny skies will kick off the day followed by clouds increasing into the afternoon as a system approaches. Showers will be possible late in the day with highs in the upper-40s. Rain showers will continue tonight with lows in the mid to upper 30s. We will start off with rain showers on New Year's Day that will eventually mix and change over to snow showers as temperatures drop into the 30s. Behind the system, highs will remain in the 30s on Thursday and Friday. Both days, mostly cloudy skies are expected with the chance for snow showers.We are in the upper 20s this weekend with cloudy skies and the chance for snow showers sticking around. Another round of snow showers will return early next week with temperatures remaining in the 20s.
