Steele Memorial Library to host 'Noon Year's Eve' for kids

ELMIRA, N.Y. (WENY) -- Steele Memorial Library is hosting a special New Year's Eve party, just for kids.
On December 31st, there will be a 'Noon Year's Eve' party. The library says its best for kids ages 3 to 12, and they'll be ringing in the new year starting at 11:15 in the morning. They say there will be crafts, games, snacks, and a balloon drop at the Noon Year Party.
