Mostly cloudy skies will hang around on Thursday with temperatures on the cooler side in the mid-30s. Dry conditions will stick around overnight with lows in the mid-20s. A clipper system will move in Friday with scattered snow showers possible. Snow showers stick around Friday night and into the start of the weekend with accumulations ranging from 1-2" with localized higher amounts will be possible in the hilltops. Highs end out the week in the mid-30s, but the system will allow for a blast of cold air to settle in for the weekend. Temperatures will start off in the mid-20s on Saturday followed by the upper-teens on Sunday. Wind chills will be in the single digits and negatives, so make sure you bundle up if you are heading out this weekend. A warming trend is expected the first half of next week with temperatures rising through the 20s and into the upper-30s by Christmas Day.  Low pressure will bring the chance for a few snow showers on Tuesday, ending as a few rain and snow showers Christmas Day.
