Snow Showers Late Week
Unseasonably mild temperatures are expected on Wednesday as highs rise into the low to mid-60s. Clouds will be increasing as a system moves in from the west. The day will be dry with shower chances going up tonight. Lows will be in the mid-30s. The late week will be colder as temperatures range in the low to mid-40s. Rain showers will continue Thursday, and in the higher elevations, you will see snowflakes mixing in. Temperatures Thursday night will drop close to freezing, which will allow much of the precipitation to transition over to snow. Snow accumulations will range from a coating to 1" in the valleys and 2-4" across the hilltops. Rain and snow showers stick around Friday and will see lingering showers on Saturday. Temperatures remain in the mid-40s this upcoming weekend. Drier weather moves in on Sunday with mostly cloudy skies. Showers will be possible on Monday as temperatures remain in the upper-40s. Tuesday will be partly sunny with highs in the lower-50s.
