ELMIRA, N.Y. (WENY) -- The Food Bank of the Southern Tier is holding an emergency food distribution for residents of the Woodlawn Court Apartments in Elmira on Monday, November 4th.

From 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., residents at the apartments can register on site.  There will be no pre-registration.
