Skies will become mostly clear tonight with temperatures expected to tumble into the upper 20s and lower 30s.  Despite a chilly night tonight, temperatures will rebound nicely on Monday with partly sunny skies and afternoon temperatures close to 60.  The warming trend will continue through the week with record breaking temperatures expected on Halloween with highs well into the 70s.
