RICHMOND TOWNSHIP, PA (WENY) -- Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a fatal car crash that happened Wednesday, October 16th in Tioga County, Pennsylvania. It happened shortly after 3 p-m on Route 6 in Richmond Township. 

According to police, the crash happened when 75-year-old Ronald Padleski from Mainesburg was trying to turn onto Route 6 and was hit by a driver in a semi-truck going west on Route 6. Padleski was transported to the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center where he later died from his injuries.
