TOMPKINS COUNTY, N.Y. (WENY) -- The Tompkins County Suicide Prevention Coalition is hosting a town hall in October focusing on youth mental health and suicide prevention. It's happening on October 5th from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Tompkins County Public Library on East Green Street in Ithaca. 

Forum organizers say it is being designed to be supportive and education, and will feature presentations from people who have experienced mental health challenges. The event will be free to attend.
