Person killed after Bradford County motorcycle accident
UPDATE (9/6): Pennsylvania State Police have identified the deceased motorcyclist as Chad McKean, a 37 year-old from Monroeton.
MONROE TOWNSHIP, PA. (WENY) -- One person is dead after a motorcycle accident on August 25 in Monroe Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Police say a person driving a motorcycle was traveling west on Liberty Corners Road just before 1 p.m., when they came upon a tractor with a bush hog attached making a left turn into a driveway. The motorcyclist laid the bike down in an attempt to avoid hitting the tractor, but collided with the rear wheel of the bush hog.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead on scene.
