TIOGA CO., PA (WENY) -- The Tioga County Partnership for Community Health has unveiled a new tool to connect volunteers with local organizations and projects across the Northern Tier.

The website, free for both agencies and volunteers in Tioga County, Pennsylvania helps to contact agencies so they can recruit and manage volunteers. Recently, organizations like the Tioga County Homeless Initiative, the Deane Center for Performing Arts, and the Tioga County Partnership for Community Health have joined the new community tool.
