(WENY) -- A missing vulnerable adult alert was put out for an 83-year-old man with dementia who may be in need of medical attention.

Theodore Vincent Testa was last seen on Homer Avenue in Cortland, NY around 9:45 p.m. on August 30th. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, dark-colored pants, and a ball cap. Officials believe he may be headed to Syracuse.

Testa was driving a 2015 red Chevrolet Trax with NY plates: CSC-1332.
