WATKINS GLEN, N.Y. (WENY) -- The countdown is on as NASCAR's 'Go Bowling at the Glen' is just three weeks away. As the excitement builds, there is a lot to be done before the cars can hit the track.

On Thursday, August 22nd, the Watkins Glen Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a "NASCAR" recruiting event. There are over 100 positions open. 

If you're interested, it is asked that applicants pre-apply online with this link. At the event, you should bring a valid ID.

The recruiting event is happening from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at 214 N. Franklin St, Watkins Glen, NY 14891.
