Dry conditions are kicking off the weekend under a mix of sun and clouds. Highs will be in the upper-70s and lower-80s.  Clouds will be increasing tonight and into Sunday as low pressure approaches from the west. Lows will be mild in the lower-50s tonight. Limited sunshine is expected on Sunday with highs in the mid-70s. There will be the chance for showers later on in the day. Drier weather returns on Monday along with the warmer temperatures. Highs will be in the lower-80s on Monday followed by the mid-80s on Tuesday. Both days expect variable cloud cover. An approaching cold front will bring the chance for showers and thunderstorms into the late week. An isolated shower cannot be ruled out later in the day on Wednesday. During this time, temperatures will be starting in the lower-80s on Wednesday and in the mid to upper-70s for the late week.
