Route for 2024 Elmira Memorial Day Parade Changes Due to Construction
ELMIRA, NY (WENY) -- Street construction in the city of Elmira has led to a change in the route of the annual Memorial Day Parade.
This year, the route will begin on Park Place, head north to Washington Avenue, turn west on Washington and then right on Davis Street. The parade will continue north on Davis Street, to Woodlawn National Cemetery.
The parade begins at 9:30AM on Monday, May 27th.
