Soggy End to Week

As low pressure passes by to our south, it will keep showers across the region on Friday. Cooler temperatures are expected with highs in the mid-50s. Rainfall could be upwards of 1" by tonight. Scattered showers will continue Friday night along with lows in the lower-40s. Another system makes it way through this weekend with more showers on Saturday and Sunday. Mostly cloudy skies are expected both days with highs in the lower-60s. Fair skies return early next week with highs in the low to mid-70s. The chance for showers cannot be ruled out on Monday and Tuesday along with a few thunderstorms. We will remain in the low to mid-70s on Wednesday and Thursday under partly sunny skies.
