Ithaca Woman Arrested After Stabbing Incident

ITHACA, N.Y. (WENY) -- The Ithaca Police Department Criminal Investigations Division arrested 36-year-old Natasha Padron-Martinez for a stabbing on Friday, October 27th. Padron-Martinez was charged with Assault in the Second Degree, a Class D Felony.
According to police the victim was originally being treated by Bangs Ambulance at the scene for a non-life-threatening stab wound before being transported by helicopter to a regional trauma center. According to police the victim is in stable condition.
It was determined at the scene of the crime the stabbing was a result of a dispute between known parties. Padron-Martinez was arraigned in Ithaca City Court and brought to the Tompkins County Jail.
