HORSEHEADS, N.Y. (WENY) -- There was a large police presence on County Route 64 by Westinghouse Road.  The ramp onto I-86 West was blocked off by more than a dozen police cars while emergency crews worked.

WENY's crew on scene saw officers with flashlights, several drones, and fire trucks.  First responders from New York State Police, Horseheads Police and Fire Department, and the Chemung County Sheriff's Office were all present.  Police on scene were unable to comment on the situation at this time.
