Spooky Mini Golf just in time for Halloween
ELMIRA, N.Y. (WENY) -- A twist on mini golf has arrived just in time for Halloween. Spooky swamp mini golf began at Eldridge Park Friday night as a way to kick off the local Halloween festivities.
The course was filled with families laughing and enjoying the different seasonal decorations, lights, and inflatables as you move along the course. The event itself is open for those of all ages to attend and is only just getting started.
"I like to dress up, come out and enjoy, listen to people laugh and have a good time. You know right now with the weather the way it is, we've still got a good turn out, just a lot of laughter, and you know i really enjoy it," said Justin Schultz, a crew member at Eldridge Park.
Golf is $8 for those 11 and younger, and $10 for 12 and up. Mini golf is open 5 to 9pm Sunday, and next weekend as well.
