One hurt in crash in the town of Hornby

HORNBY, N.Y. (WENY) -- A one car motor vehicle accident occurred in the town of Hornby Tuesday morning. The accident happened around 8:45 this morning on route 414 next to Wilson Hollow Rd.
When a WENY reporter arrived on scene, fire crews said a car was driving northbound on Route 414 when he swerved in order to dodge a deer. As a result the driver swerved into a lawn of a home, causing significant damage to the car.
The driver has been identified as a male in his thirties. He was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
