DUNDEE, N.Y. (WENY) --  A man from Dundee is accused of sex abuse of a child.

According to State Police, 39-year-old Shane E. Gage was charged with three counts of sex abuse of a physically helpless person, and one count of sex abuse against someone under thirteen.

Troopers say they got a tip from the Yates County Child Protective Services. The alleged incidents in question happened at homes in Steuben and Yates Counties.

Gage was arrested after being indicted by a Yates County Grand Jury.
