SAYRE, P.A. (WENY) - Authorities arrested a Sayre woman after a months long investigation into drug possession.

According to the Sayre Police Department, officers on Friday conducted a search at a home on Keystone Avenue in Sayre. Police say that they found 13 grams of meth, 3 grams of marijuana, a digital scale, packaging material, $178 in cash, and over 100 pieces of paraphernalia.

Police also say that throughout the last several months, officers observed over a hundred different people enter the home, stay anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes, and then leave.

This led to police making several arrests of individuals leaving the home which all resulted in the possession of narcotics or paraphernalia.

As a result of the investigation, 52 year old Melissa Morey of Sayre was charged with Criminal Use Communication Facility, two counts of Possession With Intent to Deliver, two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Morey was arraigned and brought to the Bradford County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250,000 bail.

The investigation is ongoing and police say more arrests are expected.
