ELMIRA, N.Y. (WENY) - The Elmira City School District will provide school supplies for the 2023-24 academic year for all students. 

The district says that all school supplies and materials that students need for school, with the exception of backpacks, will be provided for all students. The district also says that bulk purchasing for supplies would cost a fraction of what families would have to spend on their own supplies.
