Elmira Heights man charged with trespassing

ELMIRA HEIGHTS, NY (WENY) -- A 47-year-old man from Elmira Heights faces trespassing charges after the Elmira Heights Police Department responded to a call of a woman hiding inside her bathroom from an unknown male inside her home on Robinwood Avenue. James Johnston was arrested after police arrived on the scene.
According to police Johnston was arraigned in Elmira Heights Court, then transported to Arnot Hospital for unknown reasons.
