TORREY, N.Y. (WENY) - A man was arrested in after stealing thousands of dollars worth of property from a business in Yates County.

According to the Yates County Sheriff's Office, 54 year old Craig Minter of Ontario County was arrested for allegedly stealing more than $3,000 from a business in Torrey.

Minter was arraigned in Yates County court and brought to jail.

The investigation is ongoing.
