Wet Weather
A low pressure system will continue to spin up over the Great Lakes in the coming days, bringing us continuous rain showers into late week. Showers will be on the light side and minor flooding is possible in places with bad drainage. Temperatures will be in the mid-50s to start off the week with mostly cloudy skies. Some gusty winds are possible during the day that could exceed 20 mph. By Tuesday, temperatures will fall into the upper-40s with the occasional shower possible during the day. The 50s will return for Wednesday and Thursday under mostly cloudy skies. The scattered showers are still likely. High pressure begins to build to our South on Thursday and will move towards us by Friday. There is the chance for some showers later in the day, but temperatures will be on the rise into the upper-50s. High pressure is expected to consume the region by the weekend. This will finally give us a break from all the rain showers we have been seeing and give us a little more sunshine. With the sunshine will come some warmer weather with highs in the mid-50s Saturday and the upper-60s Sunday.
