A nearly stationary low pressure system continues to sit over the Great Lakes and will bring cooler weather to the Twin Tiers. Scattered rain showers will develop during the afternoon, and continue into tonight. Mostly cloudy skies tonight with scattered showers are likely. A few flurries could mix in, especially in the higher elevations as lows fall into the lower-30s. Similar weather is expected on Wednesday with our only dry day being Thursday. Highs will be right around 60 degrees. Temperatures continue in the lower-60s Friday as a system will pass by to our South. We will likely see the chance for scattered showers Friday as well as Saturday. Temperatures will be slightly cooler in the upper-50s. Another system will bring gusty winds and more rain showers to the region on Sunday. Both models disagree about the timing of the low pressure system, but expect rain showers and windy conditions to continue into early next week.
