Yates County Man Arrested After Allegedly Stealing Property and Money

PENN YAN, N.Y. (WENY) - A Yates County man was arrested today after allegedly stealing property and guns from a home in Penn Yan.
According to the Yates County Sheriff's Office, Keith Hale, 45 of Keuka Park was arrested after he turned himself in at the Sheriff's Office.
The Sheriff's Office says that the end of January, Hale allegedly broke into a home in the town of Benton and stole $2,700 dollars worth of property along with guns.
Hale was charged with burglary and two counts of grand larceny.
Hale was arraigned and released.
He will answer the charges at a later date.
