Temperatures Wednesday afternoon topped out at 71 degrees, five degrees above the previous record high of 66 set back in 1954.  Temperatures will remain on the mild side Thursday with increasing chances for showers through the afternoon, temperatures will rise into the mid 50s.  A strong cold front will pass through Thursday night, dropping temperatures through the 30s on Friday with rain showers expected to end as scattered snow showers.  Little or now accumulation expected.
