Tonight will be a cold night with temperatures dropping into the mid-20s. This will be 10 degrees cooler than we saw yesterday night. Scattered showers will taper off into Monday morning with partly cloudy skies. Monday will struggle to get out of the 40s with partly sunny skies. Tuesday similar conditions are expected with clouds increasing ahead of the next low-pressure system that will work into our area for Wednesday. A wintery mix will begin Tuesday night into Wednesday with snow, sleet and freezing rain likely into Wednesday morning. The wintry mix will transition into rain as temperatures will be the warmest on Wednesday in the mid 40s. Lake-effect precipitation will continue into Thursday with temperatures in the lower 40s. Snow showers will linger into Friday morning with temperatures in the upper-30s. However, the clouds will decrease by the afternoon leaving us with plenty of sunshine. High pressure will return for the weekend and temperatures will struggle to get out of the 30s. Mostly sunny skies are expected for Saturday, while clouds will increase on Sunday.
