SAYRE, PA. (WENY) -- Dandy Mini Mart is giving back to first responders Friday, in honor of National First Responder Day. Any first responder, which includes all EMS, police and fire rescue members, can get a free slice of cheese of pepperoni pizza. 

Service members can get one at any Dandy location Friday, by ordering a slice showing proof of service.

"This is a small token of our appreciation for every first responder who serves our communities and works to keep us safe," said Bull Bustin, Dandy's Marketing Director.

Dandy has 66 locations across the Twin Tiers.
