PSP, identify Buffalo man as victim killed in Liberty shooting

LIBERTY, PA (WENY)--Police in Tioga, County have identified the victim killed in Friday's shooting in Liberty, PA as a man from Buffalo, New York.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, the victim is 31-year-old Jesus Iran Alicia -Santiago from Buffalo.
The shooting occurred in Liberty on Friday afternoon at approximately 3 pm, in the area of State Route 414 near the Liberty Park and Ride. The victim was able to drive his car from the park and ride to the Exxon gas station. Police located him upon their arrival.
On Friday, Police blocked off the Exxon Gas Station near Highway Route 15.
A black ford explorer was driven by Santiago and a red sedan was driven by the shooter involved in the incident police say.
Police continue to conduct an investigation into this shooting and ask anyone with information to contact PSP Mansfield at 570-662-2151.
