Police investigate reported shooting in Liberty
8/29 UPDATE: Pennsylvania State police have charged two people in connection to Friday's homicide.
Leonardo Pagan Acevedo, 33, of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania is charged with Criminal Homicide.
Denissa Alvarez-Matias, 32, of York, Pennsylvania is charged with Conspiracy to Commit Criminal Homicide.
Police say this appears to be an isolated incident, and there is no threat to the community.
Thirty-one year old Jesus Iran Alicia-Santiago from Buffalo was shot at the Liberty Park and Ride at approximately 3PM on Friday. He was able to drive his vehicle to the nearby Exxon gas station, where he died.
LIBERTY, PA (WENY) -- Police in the Northern Tier are investigating a shooting in Tioga County.
WENY News was told a person was shot Friday afternoon. According to a WENY News reporter, police have cordoned off the Exxon gas station on State Route 414. The gas station is located near the ramp to highway, Route 15.
At the Exxon gas station, police put up crime scene tape, and were interviewing bystanders.
We're told the victim is an unknown Hispanic male.
A black Ford Explorer was driven by the victim and a red sedan driven by the shooter were involved in the incident.
