As has been the case this summer, it has been dry for the last few weeks. We are finally seeing some rain in the forecast for the extended forecast.

Rain showers are expected Tuesday and Wednesday, with a few thunderstorms developing as well during the afternoon.

The downside is that rain amounts will be minor, with amounts by Friday afternoon only totaling less than 1/2".
