Vietnam Reflections: Marcia Bixby Dunlap
(WENY) -- WENY News continues to share the stories of Vietnam veterans in the Twin Tiers. This week, we are talking with Marcia Bixby Dunlap. She is the sister of a Marine killed in action in Vietnam, Thomas Bixby. Marcia describes how her and Thomas were raised as cousins, but after his passing, she found out they were much closer than that.
