Active weather returns tomorrow.

The Storm Prediction Center has issued a 2 out of 5 risk for severe weather as thunderstorms develop tomorrow.

A warm front will approach this evening, sparking scattered thunderstorms overnight into early tomorrow morning. There will be a brief break from rain with partial sunshine and high humidity around noon.

Any sunshine that peaks through tomorrow will help strengthen afternoon thunderstorms. A few risks include, damaging winds, hail, and the potential for tornadoes.

Showers persist into the evening before calmer conditions return Friday.
