A cluster of showers and thunderstorms will drop southeast out of the Great Lakes area tonight with increasing clouds here in the Twin Tiers along with the chance for a passing shower.  Early clouds on Tuesday will give way to increasing amounts of sunshine through the afternoon with temperatures into the lower 80s.  The heat and humidity will build midweek with the potential of a few stronger thunderstorms on Thursday.
