'Mark Twain Scholars' honored at event
ELMIRA, N.Y. (WENY) -- Local scholars from across the Southern Tier Region were honored Wednesday night.
The 2022 "Mark Twain Scholars" were recognized as being the top five percent of their graduating class
The event was held at the Elmira College Campus Center.
