BIG FLATS, N.Y. (WENY) - A grand jury indicted a man from Big Flats, who is accused of beating to death two puppies in Corning.
According to the indictment, 23-year-old Michael Crouse allegedly killed two Shih Tzu puppies last year.
Corning police reported back in February that Crouse had punched, kicked, and threw one of the dogs onto the floor so hard it died back in December. He's also accused of killing another puppy in the home in September.
Crouse is charged with two counts of Aggravated Cruelty to Animals, and Criminal Mischief.
